Support - we look after you

After the installation and commissioning of your new CCTV system we will formally hand it over to you with full instructions, including any available manuals and software, and train your key staff in the correct way to operate it.

We offer preventative maintenance agreements to suit your needs and budget which includes a free telephone helpline.

You may purchase your equipment  outright or by lease rental. If your initial purchase is by leasing we can include the cost of any maintenance agreement in the monthly cost of the plan.

We will advise you on relevant aspects of the Data Protection Act (1998) that may affect your system and help design your own code of conduct regarding the use and storage of your images. We will provide you with incident log books and signage as appropriate.

Bosch equipment carries a full three year warranty with a free exchange service within that period.

Because of our direct relationship with the manufacturer, rather than through distribution channels, we have direct access to assistance at the highest level, which means that we can offer our clients excellent follow up service, should it be necessary.
