How we look after you.
After the provision and commissioning of your
new CCTV system we will hand it over to you and train your key
staff on how to operate it to its best advantage. We can also
offer ongoing staff training and provide you with a preventative
maintenance agreement to suit your needs and budget. Finally, we advise you on
relevant aspects of the Data Protection Act
(1998) that may affect your business and provide you with
approved CCTV signage.
You may purchase your equipment outright or by lease rental. If your initial purchase is by leasing, in most circumstances, we can include the cost of any maintenance agreement in the monthly or quarterly cost of the plan. We have relationships with several major finance companies which provide very competitive terms.
All equipment supplied, subject to certain limitations, comes with a three year warranty with an exchange service within that period. Having a direct relationship with our manufacturing base gives us direct access to technical assistance at the highest level, which means that we can offer our clients the immediate resolution of problems including replacements should they ever be required.
